New To Church FAQ

1. What is church?

A church is not a physical place or a building. It is a community, a gathering of diverse individuals who come together under the leadership of Christ to learn and follow Him. The church is the house of God, where believers can worship God, learn biblical truths, communicate with one another, serve society, and grow and support each other in their faith journeys.

2. What are you doing during service?

During each church worship service, there are typically two main components: praise and worship through songs and the preaching of the Bible. These elements help us focus our attention on God. The worship service usually includes the following:

Praise and Worship:
Believers come together to sing hymns and praise songs, expressing their love and worship to God. Through music and singing, believers can connect with God’s presence and express gratitude and praise to Him.

Prayer:
Prayer is an important way to communicate with God and express our hearts. In the worship service, believers pray together, opening their hearts to seek God’s guidance, blessings, and help.

Bible Teaching:
The worship service usually includes a time for teaching biblical truths. The pastor or preacher explains and shares teachings and applications from the Bible, helping believers gain a deeper understanding of God’s Word and how to apply it in their daily lives.

Communion:
On the third week of each month, the worship service includes the observance of communion to commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Believers share bread and grape juice, remembering the sacrifice Jesus made for our redemption and expressing gratitude and worship to Him.

3. Do you only welcome Christian?

Definitely Not. We welcome everyone, whether you are believer or non-believer, to participate in our gatherings.

4. Any fee?

No. Financial giving is indeed a response of love from Christians to God. During worship, we do have a segment for offerings, but your participation or observation is entirely up to you.

5. Do I need to register before joining?

No. If this is your first time attending worship, we have prepared an information card for you to register. After registration, each guest will receive a QR code for easy check-in during future gatherings.

6. Any dress code?

The church does not have any specific dress code for participants. You are free to choose comfortable and appropriate attire for the gathering.

7. Do I need to bring my own bible?

During worship, we use the Bible to read God’s word. You can choose to bring your own physical Bible or use your smartphone to access an online Bible.

8. Can I join if I believe in other religions?

You are welcome to join us.
We welcome everyone, whether they have a different religious belief, are believers, or are seeking to learn more about faith, to participate in our gathering.

Did you hear good news?
Did you hear 4 Points?

First Law: God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life.

Second Law: Humanity is separated from God because of sin, and therefore cannot know or experience God’s love and His plan for their life.

Third Law: Jesus Christ is the only way provided by God to save humanity from their sins.

Fourth Law: We must personally accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord of our life.
